This Privacy Policy explains how Ring Fit: Orbit Escape (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play the Game.

Information We Collect

• Player and leaderboard data: your chosen player name, a randomly generated player identifier, scores, rankings, combo results, and leaderboard activity.
• Leaderboard data: gameplay scores, rankings, combo results, and the current weekly leaderboard period.
• Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising data, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, and other information as described in Google’s policies.
• Local device data: preferences and progress may be stored locally on your device.

Do not use your real name or include sensitive personal information in your public player name.

How We Use Information

• Operate global and weekly leaderboards.
• Provide game features and maintain live global and weekly rankings.
• Prevent leaderboard abuse and diagnose service errors.
• Show rewarded and interstitial advertisements and measure advertising performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

Service Providers and Sharing

We use service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms:

• Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore and Realtime Database: leaderboard storage, player-name reservation, update configuration, and temporary anonymous active-session presence.
• Google AdMob: advertising delivery, rewarded advertisements, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and ad measurement.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, platform services, and related diagnostics.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or in connection with a business transfer.

Advertising and Your Choices

The Game includes optional rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements. Depending on your region and device settings, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. You can manage advertising and privacy choices through your device settings and any consent controls shown in the Game or by Google.

Public Leaderboards

Your chosen player name and score may be visible publicly to other players. We may remove names or scores that are abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Retention, Security, and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, maintain leaderboards, improve services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

You may request deletion of your leaderboard data by contacting us. Include your player name and, if available, your player identifier so we can locate the relevant records.

Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

International Processing and Your Rights

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Game or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will be posted on this page.

Hizmet Sağlayıcılar

Oyun; sıralamalar ve oyuncu adı rezervasyonu için Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore’u, geçici ve anonim aktif oturum durumları için Firebase Realtime Database’i, reklamlar için Google AdMob’u ve dağıtım için Apple App Store ile Google Play’i kullanır. Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız.
